What is MapleMarketing?
MapleMarketing is the Canadian-built marketing automation app inside MapleWorkSuite. It bundles AI-generated email copy, drag-and-drop campaign builders, automated drip workflows, SMS broadcasts, social scheduling, and full attribution analytics into one CAD-priced product designed for Canadian small and medium-sized businesses. Everything you need to plan, ship, and measure a campaign lives in one place - no Mailchimp + Zapier + Hootsuite + spreadsheet duct tape required.
How is MapleMarketing different from Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo?
Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Klaviyo are strong international platforms but they bill in USD, host your subscriber data outside Canada by default, treat CASL consent capture as a do-it-yourself problem, and charge separately for SMS, automation, and analytics. MapleMarketing is Canadian-hosted (Maritimes and Central Canada regions), priced in CAD with no FX surprises, ships CASL-compliant double-opt-in and consent-source logging out of the box, includes SMS, social posting, and full attribution at the entry tier, and natively integrates with MapleMail, MapleContacts, and MapleConcierge so your CRM, inbox, and campaigns share one customer record.
Does MapleMarketing support Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) consent capture?
Yes. CASL compliance is built into every subscribe form, list import, and workflow. We capture and store express vs. implied consent with timestamp, source URL, IP, and a copy of the consent text shown to the subscriber. Implied-consent contacts are automatically expired after the statutory two-year window, double opt-in is on by default, every campaign carries the required sender identification and unsubscribe link, and you can export a CRTC-ready consent audit log for any contact in two clicks.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes. MapleMarketing supports unlimited sending domains. We walk you through SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a custom Return-Path / bounce domain during onboarding, validate the records, and warm new IPs automatically over the first two weeks. You can also bring your own dedicated IP on the Pro tier. Reverse DNS and BIMI are configured for you on request.
Does it integrate with MapleMail, MapleContacts, and MapleConcierge?
Yes - and these are first-class integrations, not webhooks bolted on. MapleContacts is the shared customer record, so list segments, consent, and unsubscribes stay in sync across the whole MapleWorkSuite. MapleMail inboxes show campaign engagement, last-opened, and lifecycle stage right beside each thread. MapleConcierge automations can trigger campaigns (or be triggered by them) and MapleReceptionist call outcomes can drop contacts into nurture flows. Two-way sync is real-time, with no Zapier in the middle.
How much does it cost in CAD?
Three tiers, all priced in CAD with no per-FX-surprise: Starter ($59 per month) for solo founders and small businesses with up to 2,500 contacts, Growth ($179 per month) - our most popular plan - for growing teams up to 25,000 contacts with email and SMS automation, and Pro ($449 per month) for multi-brand and multi-location businesses with unlimited contacts, full attribution, dedicated IP, and voice outreach. Annual prepay saves roughly two months on every tier and there are no per-seat or per-send fees.
Does it have AI-generated email copy?
Yes. The MapleMarketing AI writer drafts subject lines, preheaders, body copy, and CTA buttons from a short brief, with a Canadian-English tone option (so you keep your "u" in colour and your "re" in centre). It learns your brand voice from the last twenty campaigns you sent, generates A/B variants on demand, and suggests sending-time optimization per segment. Generated copy is editable, versioned, and never leaves Canadian infrastructure - we do not ship your customer or campaign data to third-party LLMs without a signed DPA.
Is MapleMarketing PIPEDA-compliant?
Yes. All subscriber data, campaign content, engagement events, and consent records are stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure (Maritimes and Central Canada) with end-to-end encryption at rest and in transit. We align with PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 (Bill 64), and provincial privacy acts. Subjects can exercise access, correction, and deletion requests directly through a self-serve portal that returns within the statutory thirty-day window. Full audit trails for consent, unsubscribes, and data exports are retained for the statutory seven-year minimum.
