Callers can hold the line while it checks live availability, confirms a slot, and reads back the booking. The event lands in your calendar with the caller name, phone number, and a transcript of the booking conversation.
Does it support bilingual EN/FR calls?
Yes. The AI detects the caller language within the first few syllables and continues the entire call in that language. You can also configure a bilingual greeting (Bonjour, hello) and a per-region preference (for example, default to French for the 506 area code in southeastern New Brunswick).
What happens if the AI cannot answer -- does it escalate to a human?
Yes. You can configure intelligent escalation rules: warm-transfer to your cellphone, your team via MapleDesk, or a designated voicemail box.
