What is MapleReports?
MapleReports is the cross-product reporting and analytics layer of MapleWorkSuite. It aggregates the data your other Maple apps already produce - invoices, expenses, tasks, forms, tickets, email volume - into dashboards, AI-written executive summaries, and CRA tax-ready exports. Pricing starts at $0 CAD/month.
Which Maple products feed into MapleReports?
All of them. MapleInvoice (revenue and AR), MapleExpense (spend and AP), MapleTask (throughput and capacity), MapleForms (submissions and funnels), MapleConcierge and MapleDesk (tickets, SLA, CSAT), MapleMail (email volume), MapleCalendar (bookings), MapleProjects (milestones), MapleTime (hours), MapleStudio (content), and MapleMarketing (campaign performance). No middleware required - if a Maple app is on your account, MapleReports already has the data.
How do AI-generated executive summaries work?
Every dashboard ships with a quarterly narrative produced by a VirtualTeam agent. The agent reads the same data you see in the tiles, identifies the leading trend, the most material anomaly, and the recommended next action, and writes a short paragraph in plain English (or French). You can re-run, edit, or schedule the summary to land in an inbox with the rest of the report.
Can MapleReports generate CRA-ready financial exports?
Yes. One-click exports cover annual T2125 / T2 revenue summaries, quarterly GST/HST remittance worksheets, expense categories aligned to CRA classes, and payroll source-deduction summaries. Files come out as PDF and CSV in the formats accountants already expect, so the handoff is minutes, not days.
Can I build custom dashboards or am I stuck with templates?
Both work. There are 30+ prebuilt dashboards for the most common use cases (ops, support, finance, marketing, agency rollup), and a drag-and-drop custom report builder if you want to slice the data differently. Pro and above add a read-only database connection if you want to point Power BI, Tableau, or Looker at the same dataset.
Can I schedule a report to email itself to my team?
Yes. Any dashboard or custom report can be delivered as PDF or as a read-only browser link, on a daily, weekly, monthly, or first-business-day-of-month cadence, to any list of recipients. Recipients without a MapleWorkSuite account can still open the link (with optional password and expiry).
Does MapleReports do cross-tenant rollups for agencies?
Yes - cross-tenant rollups are a first-class feature on the Business and Enterprise tiers. An agency with 20 client workspaces gets a single rollup dashboard that aggregates KPIs across every tenant, with one click to drill into any individual client. Exports can be white-labelled with the agency's brand.
How is MapleReports priced in CAD?
Free for one dashboard and a single user. Pro is $19 CAD/month for unlimited dashboards, AI summaries, and CRA-ready exports. Business is $49 CAD/month for the custom report builder, scheduled delivery, role-based access, and BI tool connection.
